1. Purpose of this agreement
This 1:1 Agreement explains the basis on which 1:1 services are discussed, offered and delivered by Shruti Turner.
It applies to coaching applications and, where you become a client, forms part of the expectations around the working relationship.
2. Nature of coaching support
Coaching may include programming, written review, check-ins, calls, messaging, Everfit delivery, education and accountability support depending on the tier agreed.
1:1 support is collaborative. It is not crisis support, psychotherapy, emergency medical support or a guarantee of specific results.
3. Client responsibilities
As a coaching client or applicant, you agree to:
- provide honest information about your goals, history, symptoms and capacity
- complete check-ins and requested forms as accurately as possible
- communicate when something is not working or your circumstances change
- use the support channel and cadence appropriate to your tier
- make your own decisions about participation and seek medical advice where needed
4. Check-ins and reviews
Coaching relies on regular check-ins. Depending on your tier, these may be weekly or monthly.
If you do not complete check-ins or provide the information needed for review, programming updates and coaching guidance may be limited, delayed or less precise.
5. Everfit and connected tools
Where Everfit is used, it acts as the training-delivery layer for workouts, habits and check-ins. The website remains the main service and account hub.
You are responsible for engaging with the relevant tools and notifications needed to receive the service properly.
6. Communication boundaries
Response times vary by tier and are not 24/7.
Coaching communication is for service delivery only and must not be used for emergencies. If you need urgent medical help, contact an appropriate healthcare or emergency service.
7. 1:1 service changes
1:1 services are billed separately from any current or future class membership, credit, workshop or retreat offer.
If your 1:1 service changes, your billing and service entitlement may also change. Shruti will confirm the timing and any payment impact before the change is applied.
8. No guarantee of outcomes
Bodies are variable, especially in the context of chronic illness, pain and fatigue.
1:1 support aims to support safer, more confident and more consistent training, but no specific physical, medical or performance outcome is guaranteed.
9. Agreement acknowledgement
By ticking the 1:1 Agreement box during the application flow, you confirm that you have read this agreement and understand how 1:1 support is structured before you proceed with an application or enquiry.
