You don't need to start again after summer. Find a way to move that fits your life now.
As life changes, our energy, priorities and bodies change too. This workshop combines movement, practical science, reflection and mindfulness to help you find a more sustainable way to support yourself.

Best for
If your routine, energy or priorities have changed and you want to explore what movement looks like for you now.
You don't need to start again after summer.
The seasons change. Your routines change. Your energy changes. Your body changes. That doesn't mean you've failed.
"The Middle Ground" is a morning exploring how to work with your body as autumn arrives.
Through gentle movement, practical science, reflection and journalling, meditation and playful exploration, we will look at how you can adapt movement without losing direction.
You'll leave with more confidence adapting your movement, a better understanding of your body's signals, practical tools for changing seasons and your own version of “the middle ground”.
Why I created The Middle Ground
My work sits at the intersection of rehabilitation, strength training and yoga. I’ve spent years learning how bodies adapt, how movement can support us, and how easy it is to lose confidence when our circumstances change.
The Middle Ground brings these perspectives together: creating space to understand your body, explore movement and find what support looks like for you now.
